The sacral chakra is located near the reproductive area. It connects us to our feelings, emotions, sexuality, and creativity. When off balance we may feel jealousy, guilt, possessiveness, and shame of our body. When in balance, this chakra brings us grace, flexibility, depth of feeling and sexual fulfillment.
Use these affirmations when you do any yoga or meditation.

The color that follows the heart chakra is orange and brown, so foods like almonds, papaya, pumpkin, orange, and mangos will most help this chakra.
A mudra is a hand position, used for meditation. The mudra for the sacral chakra is called dhyani mudra. To do this mudra, you rest the back of your right hand in the palm of the left hand with the tips of the thumbs lightly touching.
Yoga is a fantastic way to help balance your chakras. The poses that best help the sacral chakra are the triangle, cobra, shiva and butterfly poses.
I’m doing an entire post on reflexology, but basically rubbing, pressing or poking different areas of the body can affect other areas. For the sacral chakra, these areas are below the base of the wrist all the way across and the internal edge of the sole of the foot.
