I love using meditation to help me refocus my attention. A quick meditation session at your desk can lead to better alertness, more creativity & improves memory. Another huge plus is that it can help you sleep better, which in turn will make you much more productive.

Meditation does wonder for regulating your emotions. My favorite benefit is lowering anxiety. Deep breathing, focusing on the present and slowing down helps me calm down when my anxiety is too high.
